Info! names a function, with lambda list (MESSAGE* &KEY CONDITION):
Report a condition to Rollbar with level info.
Calls ‘NOTIFY’ like (NOTIFY "info" MESSAGE …).
The ! in the name is so that ROLLBAR:ERROR! does not shadow CL:ERROR, and so that all levels share the same orthography.
